SHIPPING POLICY

Introduction

1.1 In this policy, we set out the details of the delivery methods, periods, and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website.

1.2 This policy is a legally binding document and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.

Delivery Cost

2.1 We offer free Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses on all orders.

2.2 We offer £3.99 Express delivery to mainland UK addresses on all orders.

2.3 We offer £5.99 Standard delivery to Northern Ireland addresses on all orders.

Geographical Limitations

3.1 We will usually be able to deliver to any address in the United Kingdom.

3.2 We will usually be able to deliver to any address in the countries listed at checkout.

3.3 We are constantly working on adding countries to our shipping list.

Delivery Methods and Periods

4.1 The method we use for delivering our products is standard delivery for UK orders, with an estimated delivery period of 2 to 4 business days.

4.2 The method we use for delivering our products is express delivery for UK orders, with an estimated delivery period of 1 to 3 business days.

4.3 The method we use for delivering our products is standard delivery for Northern Ireland orders, with an estimated delivery period of 5 to 12 business days.

4.4 If you place your order by 12 PM on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day. If you place your order after 12 PM on a working day or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next working day.

4.5 The delivery periods set out in this section are indicative only. While we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.

4.6 We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, which may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed due to these checks, we will notify you.

Delivery Tracking

5.1 Delivery tracking is available for all orders.

5.2 To track your delivery, you will receive a text message or email. Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number (provided in the dispatch confirmation email) into our delivery service provider’s website.

Receipt and Signature

6.1 Some deliveries may require in-person receipt at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

6.2 Our delivery service provider will notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery requiring a signature.

Additional Deliveries

7.1 If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least one more attempt to deliver your order.

7.2 If your order remains undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least one more attempt to deliver it, they will usually leave a card at your address with instructions on how to collect your order, including a time limit for collection.

Delivery Problems

8.1 If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us at error.

8.2 If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products due to your fault, and you do not collect your products from them within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even if the initial delivery was free of charge).

8.3 An indicative list of situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

  • (a) You provided the wrong address for delivery;
  • (b) There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
  • (c) The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
  • (d) The address for delivery cannot be safely accessed;
  • (e) If in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and no one is available to accept delivery; or
  • (f) If in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
